Violation of RA 9165 (Illegal Drugs)
On October 13, 2022 at about 11:30 PM, Drug Enforcement Unit of this station under the supervision of PMAJ KIDDIE DC BALASOLLA, ACOP conducted buy-bust operation in coordination with PDEA which resulted to the arrest of one (1) identified suspect that included in PNP-PDEA Unified Drug Watchlist.
Recovered are three (3) heat sealed plastic sachet suspected shabu with estimated weight of 0.2380 grams with street value of Php 2,000.00.
Action Taken: The arrested suspect was informed of his constitutional rights while criminal complaint for Violation of Sections 5 and 11 of Republic Act 9165 is being prepared for filing before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor in City of Malolos, Bulacan.
Further, suspects were brought to Bulacan Medical Center for Physical examination and Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office for the drug test examination of suspects and laboratory examination of seized drug evidence.
