Gaya ng ibang ahensya, malaki rin ang papel an ginagampanan ng Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) sa ating lokal na pamahalaan. Sa pamamagitan ng tanggapang ito, naisasaayos ang pagpask at operasyon ng mga negosyo sa loob ng munispalidad ng Angat. Ang opisinang ito ang siyang nagsasagawa ng Business Tax Assessment, nagkakaloob ng Business Permits at Licenses, nagmomonitor at nagpapatupad ng mandatory standards alinsunod sa mga umiiral na batas ukol sa pagnenegosyo upang patuloy na maitaguyod ang interes hindi lamang ng mga negosyante kundi lalong higit ng mga mamamayan. Patuloy rin nitong isinusulong ang komersiyal at industriyal na aktibidad sa ating munisipalidad para sa tiyak na kaunlaran ng Bayan ng Angat.

Department of Trade and Industry

The Department is the government agency responsible for the promotion of agricultural development by providing the policy framework, public investments, and support services needed for domestic and export-oriented business enterprises.

Business Name Registration System

The BNRS Next Gen is a web-based portal that allows end-to-end registration of business name (BN) for sole proprietors. To make BN registration more convenient, applicants may submit applications, pay fees and download their Certificate of BN registration through the BNRS Next Gen.

It also contains publicly available information about DTI-registered BNs that will help both the public and other government agencies check the validity of a particular BN.

The BNRS Next Gen portal and services are owned and hosted by the Department of Trade and Industry.

e-Services

Provides the link for ePayment Channels of AABs that taxpayers can access for the electronic payment of their tax dues and liabilities, ePayment Channels accept tax payments through the use of either online, credit / debit / prepaid cards, and mobile payments.

Securities and Exchange Commission

The Commission shall have the powers and functions provided by the Securities Regulation Code, Presidential Decree No. 902-A, as amended, the Corporation Code, the Investment Houses Law, the Financing Company Act, and other existing laws.

eSPARC

The Electronic Simplified Processing of Application for Registration of Company (SEC – ESPARC) is a facility to cater application for registration of One Person Corporation (OPC) and Domestic corporations (stock and non-stock) with 2 or more incorporators who may either be natural person, partnership, association or corporations, singly or jointly with others but not more than fifteen (15) in number. The system allows the applicant or his duly appointed representative to submit the proposed company name and input details of the articles of incorporation for review of the Commission.

eSPAYSEC

This facility provides a convenient and secure means of processing payments for the different transactions of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

eFAST

The SEC Electronic Filing and Submission Tool(eFAST) is an online facility to be used for submitting the Audited Financial Statement (AFS), General Information Sheet (GIS), Sworn Statement for Foundations (SSF), General Form for Financial Statements (GFFS), Special Form for Financial Statement (SFFS) and other reportorial requirements. All corporations registered with SEC must enroll in the eFAST in order to access and submit reports through the system.

iView

SEC-iView is one of the components of the SEC i-Report project. It gives the public the convenience of getting copies of the documents they need from their own Internet-enabled PCs at their home or office. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Thus, they can get these documents even beyond the customary 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m. office hours on weekdays.

MC28 SUBMISSION PORTAL

This Portal is an online system for the submission and processing of compliance in the filing of Memorandum Circular No. 28 Series of 2020. Please download the User Guide to know the step-by-step procedure of the system.

SEC CAPITAL MARKET PARTICIPANTS REGISTRY SYSTEM

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), will be launching the Online Capital Market Participants Registry System (CMPRS) on November 21, 2017. Aside from the manual filing of applications, the Capital Market Participants can now lodge their transactions using the system (CMPRS) as an option.

SEC EXPRESS SYSTEM

The SEC Express System is an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.

SEC EXPRESS NATIONWIDE SUBMISSION

The SEC is now introducing an innovative, integrated solution to address the increasing volume of Annual Reports submission consisting of Audited Financial Statements stamped received by the BIR and General nformation Sheet that will be able to integrate seamlessly with the SEC process resulting in a more efficient, reliable and convenient process for compliance of Annual Reportorial Requirements of corporations without the need to proceed to the SEC personally to submit the said documents.
