Moderate to heavy rain showers with lightning and strong winds are expected over Bulacan, Metro Manila, Rizal, Quezon, Laguna, Cavite and Batangas within the next 2-3 hours.
All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides.
