SERVED WARRANT OF ARREST: "RAPE"
Tracker Team of Angat MPS led by PCPT DARWIN S BAUTISTA, DCOP, under the supervision of PMAJ MARK ANTHONY L SAN PEDRO, COP arrested the accused by virtue of Alias Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Rape, under Criminal Case No. 730-M-99, issued by Hon. Cesar M. Solis, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court of Bulacan, Third Judicial Region, Branch 21, Malolos, dated February 28, 2000, with no bail recommended. The accused was currently under the custody of the Angat Police Station for documentation and proper disposition
Said Operation was part of Anti-Criminality Campaign for Safe, Secure and Fair 2025 National and Local Election and BARMM PE.
