SERVED WARRANT OF ARREST: "RA 9262"
Tracker Team of Angat MPS, led by PCPT DARWIN S BAUTISTA, Intelligence PCO, arrested the accused by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Failure to Appear on Schedule Hearing for Violation of Section 5 (A) of R.A. 9262, under Criminal Case No. 6969-M-2024, issued by Hon. OLIVIA V. ESCUBIO-SAMAR, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court of Bulacan, Third Judicial Region, Branch 79, Malolos City, dated April 14, 2025 with 3,000 bail recommended. The accused was currently under the custody of the Angat Police Station for documentation and proper disposition
Said Operation was part of Anti-Criminality Campaign for Safe, Secure and Fair 2025 National and Local Election and BARMM PE.
