PhilSys Step 2 Registration Set at Evacuation Center on November 6

The Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) Step 2 Registration will be held tomorrow, Thursday, November 6, 2025, at the Evacuation Center from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Residents are strongly encouraged to register for their National ID, which is vital for accessing government services and formal identification.

Registration Requirements:

For Children 0–4 Years Old:

• Original birth certificate of the child

• ePhilID or PhilID of the parent or authorized guardian (for PSN linking)

• 
  

For Children 5–17 Years Old:

• Original birth certificate (Local, NSO, or PSA)

• School ID

• ePhilID or PhilID of the parent or authorized guardian (for PSN linking)

• 
  

For Individuals of Legal Age:Present any of the following valid IDs or documents:

• Barangay ID

• Driver’s License

• UMID

• Passport

• PhilHealth ID

• Birth certificate plus one supporting ID (e.g., 4Ps ID, TIN, old SSS ID, school ID – current or old) (if not married)

• Marriage certificate plus one supporting ID (e.g., 4Ps ID, TIN, old SSS ID, senior citizen ID) (if married)

• Voter’s Certificate
