Ang Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) at Pamahalaang Bayan ng Angat sa pangunguna ni Mayor Reynante S. Bautista katuwang ang Sangguniang Bayan sa pamamagitan ng Tanggapan ng Taga-Talang Sibil ay nagkaroon ng Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) na maglunsad ng (LIBRE) Free Birth Late Registration under PhilSys Birth Registration Assistance Project (PBRAP).
Layunin ng proyektong ito na:
1. Mairehistro ang Birth Certificate ng lahat nang hindi pa nakatala sa Office of the City Civil Registry upang sila ay magkaroon at mapasali na sa PhilSys National Identification System.
2. Maitaas ang antas ng Pagtatalang Sibil o Civil Registration sa mga marginalized communities tulad ng mga Indigenous People, Muslim Filipinos at mahihirap na sector ng lipunan.
REQUIREMENTS FOR LATE REGISTRATION
1. No Record of Birth from PSA (Free of Charge)
2. Affidavit for Late Registration (Free of Charge)
3. Affidavit of two (2) witnesses (Free of Charge)
4. Affidavit of Acknowledgement / Admission of Paternity (Free of Charge)
5. Affidavit to Use the Surname of the Father (AUSF) (Free of Charge)
6. At least two (2) documents with date and place of birth
7. Valid IDs at Residence Certification (CEDULA)
REQUIREMENTS FOR OUT-OF-TOWN LATE REGISTRATION
1. No Record of Birth from PSA (Free of Charge)
2. Affidavit for Late Registration (Free of Charge)
3. Affidavit of two (2) witnesses (Free of Charge)
4. Affidavit of Out-of-Town Late Registration (Free of Charge)
5. Affidavit of Acknowledgement / Admission of Paternity (Free of Charge)
6. Affidavit to Use the Surname of the Father (AUSF) (Free of Charge)
7. Barangay Certification with date and place of birth
8. At least two (2) documents with date and place of birth
9. Valid IDs at Residence Certification (CEDULA)
10. Police Clearance
