Bilang pagtalima sa DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2023-047 agad bumuo ng Municipal Assessment and Transition Team (MATT) ang Pamahalaan Bayan ng Angat na binubuo ng ibat ibang tanggapan at CSO.


Layunin ng MATT na pag-aralan, suriin at siyasatin ang mga actual physical count ng barangay at SK properties at financial records kaugnay sa nalalapit na barangay election.
