On April 14, 2025 at about 10:00 AM, Pat Murphy Caoile, CUSTODIAL PNCO, under the supervision of PMAJ MARK ANTHONY L SAN PEDRO, COP, supervised the conduct of free haircut to PUPCs at Angat MPS, Brgy. San Roque, Angat, Bulacan. This aims to to maintain proper hygiene and personal grooming, which helps promote dignity, self-esteem, and a sense of normalcy among persons under custody.
