Qualifications:

1. Between 15 and 30 years old

2. Currently enrolled in school, and have a good academic standing.

3. Their parents or legal guardians' combined annual net income should not exceed the regional poverty threshold.

Requirements (Photocopy)

1. PSA Birth Certicate

2. 1st Sem Grades, TOR (SY 2024-2025)

3. School ID

4. Certificate of Registration

5. ID of both parents

6. Certificate of Indigency of parent (no work), Certificate of Tax Exemption (employed parents), Certificate of Low Income (non-regular work/seasonal work)

7. Passport size picture (3 copies)
