Arrested for Violation of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002)
On July 31, 2023 at about 3:00 PM, operatives of Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) led by PMAJ MARK ANTHONY L SAN PEDRO, Acting Chief of Police, conducted Anti-Illegal Drug Operation in coordination with Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA R3) that resulted in the arrest of one drug personality. Three (3) pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu were confiscated from his possession with an estimated weight of 0.4000 grams with a street value of Php 3,000.00. Arrested suspect was informed of the crime committed and apprised of his constitutional rights.
The suspect will be charged for Violation of Section 5 and 11 of RA 9165 before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor in City of Malolos, Bulacan.
