Angat MPS - Bulacan PPO
1-Arrested for Violation of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002)
On May 14, 2023 at about 10:00 PM, operatives of Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) led by PMAJ KIDDIE DC BALASOLLA, ACOP conducted Anti-Illegal Drug Operation in coordination with Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA R3) that resulted in the arrest of one drug personality. Three (3) pieces of heat-sealed plastic sachets of suspected shabu were confiscated from his possession with an estimated weight of 1.5000 grams with a street value of Php 10,200.00. Arrested suspect was informed of the crime committed and apprised of his constitutional rights when arrested.
The suspect will be charged for Violation of Section 5 and 11 of RA 9165 before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor in City of Malolos, Bulacan.
