2-Arrested for Violation of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002)
On May 30, 2023 at about 1:00 PM, operatives of Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) led by PMAJ KIDDIE DC BALASOLLA, ACOP conducted Anti-Illegal Drug Operation in coordination with Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA R3) that resulted in the arrest of one drug personality. Three (3) pieces of heat-sealed plastic sachets of suspected shabu were confiscated from his possession with an estimated weight of 0.0300 grams with a street value of Php 2,000.00. Arrested suspect was informed of the crime committed and apprised of his constitutional rights when arrested.
The suspect will be charged for Violation of Section 5, 11 and 26 of RA 9165 before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor in City of Malolos, Bulacan.
