Accounting Staff (San Rafael and Bocaue) - 4

 Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related fields preferred.

 A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is an advantage but not required.

 Critical math skills and a proven ability to do difficult calculations.

 Strong familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office.

 Prior experience using database tools and spreadsheet software such as MySQL, SAP, and Excel.

 Ability to quickly learn industry-related regulations quickly and utilize information in written reports.

 Strong critical thinking skills.

Audit Staff (Bocaue) – 10

 Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Financial Management, BS Accounting Technology or equivalent.

 Audit experience is an advantage but not required.

 Exceptional accounting skills.

 Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

 Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask.

 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Excellent documentation and communication.

Branch Admin Officer (Angat and Norzagaray) - 2

 College graduate

 Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.

 With Safety Officer Certificate

 Proficient in MS Office

 Must be organized, accurate, thorough and able to monitor work for quality.

 Must be dependable, able to follow instructions and respond to management direction.

 Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.

Branch Manager (Angat) - 1

 Male / Female

 A bachelor's degree in business management or a related field

 At least 3 years of experience in the same field is required for this position

 Ability to strategize and plan ahead.

 Ability to work as part of a team

Cashier (Angat and Norzagaray) - 5

 College undergraduate, Senior High School or equivalent.

 Customer service or cashier experience.

 Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.

 High level of energy with strong customer service skills.

 Basic math and computer skills.

 Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members in a fast paced environment

to provide excellent service.

 Attention to detail.

 Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints.

Company Guard (Angat and Norzagaray) - 4

 College undergraduate or highschool graduate.

 Proven experience as company guard.

 Qualification in security training.

 Physical strength and fitness.

 Trustworthy.

 Attention to detail.

Driver (San Rafael and Norzagaray) - 2

 Valid professional driving license 1, 2, 3 & 8 is required.

 Physically fit to travel to long distances.

 Atleast 2-3 years’ experience as a truck driver is required.

 Knowledge in basic engine trouble shooting.

 Must be proficient in using GPS and other navigational device.

Electrician (San Rafael, Angat, Norzagaray) - 3

 College undergraduate.

 Electrician qualification certificate.

 Proven work experience as a Maintenance Electrician.

 Familiarity with industrial electrical systems.

Encoder (Angat and San Rafael) - 2

 Bachelor’s degree.

 Knowledge and experience working in the same industry.

 Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office and other data entry programs.

 Can encode data with speed and accuracy.

 Basic math skills.

 High attention to detail.

 Adept at file management (both digitally and manually).

 Ability to quickly learn industry-related regulations quickly and utilize information in written reports.

 Strong critical thinking skills.

Graphic Artist (Bocaue) - 1

 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Advertising, Fine Art, Multimedia

Arts or any related course.

 With proven experience as graphic artist.

 A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.

 Can edit videos / photoshoots.

 With experience in 2D, 3D, mockups & packaging design.

 Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver,

Photoshop).

 A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

 Excellent communication skills.

 Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

Head Cashier (Angat) - 1

 College graduate/at least college level.

 Has sufficient background in cashiering, preferably with POS experience.

 Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.

 At least 1-2 year (s) experience in retail industry.

 High level of energy with strong customer service skills.

 Attention to detail.

HR Staff (Angat and Norzagaray) - 2

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology is required.

 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant/Generalist/HR Supervisor.

 Experience in timekeeping and employee relations is a must.

 Efficient HR administration and people management skills.

 Excellent record-keeping skills.

 Basic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

 Superb computer literacy with capability in email, and MS Office.

 Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.

 Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

 Meticulous attention to detail.

IT Staff (Angat and Norzagaray) - 2

 A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field is required.

 Proven experience as IT support is an advantage.

 Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.

 In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.

 Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.

 Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.

 Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.

 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Leasing Staff (Bocaue) - 1

 Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.

 Knowledgeable in all facets of leasing operations, negotiation and tenant management.

 Deep understanding in retail and real estate industry

 Available to work when needed including weekends, holidays and must be willing to do fieldworks

 At 1 year working experience in the related field, specializing in property management/lease

marketing.

 Excellent communication both written and oral skills. Able to interact, relate and negotiate with

tenants in a high professional manner.

Marketing Assistant (Bocaue) - 1

 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.

 Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience is an advantage but not required.

 Effective written and verbal communication skills.

 A high level of attention to detail.

 Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

 Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

 Good organization skills.

 Digital marketing experience is an advantage.

Merchandising Staff (Bocaue) - 1

 Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is required.

 Proven experience as merchandising staff, purchasing staff, buyer.

 Highly organized.

 Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

 Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

 Can work independently and with minimal supervision.

Receiving Clerk (Angat) - 1

 College undergraduate or Highschool Graduate.

 Previous warehouse experience.

 Physical dexterity and experience operating forklifts.

 Good communication and organizational skills.

 Computer skills and knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs.

 Ability to quickly learn industry-related regulations quickly and utilize information in written reports.

 Strong critical thinking skills.

 Basic math skills.

Sales Clerk (Angat) - 10

 Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or similar field is required for the position.

 Proven experience in the same field is required for the position.

 Valid driver's license.

 Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

 Excellent customer service and leadership skills.

 Strong networking abilities.

Utility (Angat) - 2

 A high school qualification or equivalent.

 Previous experience as a utility worker.

 Knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques.

 Excellent customer service abilities.

 Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.

 Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment.
