Double the Learning, Double the Impact

The Municipal Government of Angat, in partnership with Colegio de Sta. Monica de Angat, recently hosted a one-day learning event aimed at equipping young leaders, the Frontlines of Change, with essential skills in project development and parliamentary procedure.

The first session, “The Blueprint: A Lecture on Crafting Effective Project Proposals,” focused on helping participants develop clear, systematic, and meaningful projects that can have a tangible impact on the community. Students were guided on how to structure proposals that are both actionable and aligned with the needs of their respective communities.

The second session, “The Power of Order: A Special Lecture on Parliamentary Procedures,” provided participants with knowledge on proper procedural order, effective meeting management, and democratic decision-making. The lecture emphasized the importance of organization and structure in fostering productive and transparent discussions.

The event served as an avenue for young leaders to enhance their skills, expand their knowledge, and strengthen their perspectives on leadership. By equipping the youth with these competencies, the program aimed to prepare them for more effective participation in governance and community initiatives.

The activity was held on August 7, 2025, at Colegio de Sta. Monica de Angat and reaffirmed the role of the youth as active, capable, and responsible contributors to positive change in the municipality.
